Wordpress 2.5

The new version of Wordpress that we’ve all been anticipating just hit the shelves! They kicked it off with pretty big bang by launching a new website too. If you haven’t seen the new Wordpress yet, it is certianly worth the upgrade. It’s got a brand new interface which was designed with help from HappyCog and is a heck of a lot more fun to look at. I’ve been running the latest SVN release and update every few days so won’t be as surprised as many other Wordpress users, but I’m still stoked to see that they finally hit their milestone! Congrats!

    Ooh. Fun.

    But. The new admin panel is horribly ugly. It is more functional and easier to use, but much worse looking.

    I prefer the admin theme that is not default, the blue one :)

    I love the new admin interface, I hear a lot of people don’t, though. I like the new colour scheme much more than the old one as well. :)
